There has been some debate within two US anti-barking discussion groups
about the killing of dogs
when the animal control authorities in particular
and the legal system in general
refuse to do their duty ..

.. as is almost universal these days
including in Australia


Some say that taking the law into one's own hands is wrong
and
others are saying that it's perfectly understandable when the tormented
and dreadfully distressed victims of barking
are denied access to lawful relief
